AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING TITLE XV, CHAPTER 157 ZONING REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN; AMENDING SECTION 157.003 TO PROVIDE A NEW DEFINITION OF "DWELLING, SINGLE-FAMILY; PROVIDING FOR A DEFINITION OF "MANUFACTURED HOME"; PROVIDING FOR MANUFACTURED HOMES AS AN ALLOWABLE USE IN THE TR-1 (MOBILE HOME PARKS) AND TRC-1 (MOBILE HOME COOPERATIVE) ZONING DISTRICTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS, SEVERABILITY, AREA ENCOMPASSED AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE: PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES CODE.
